New Beginnings Recovery Center is located in central Alabama one hour from Birmingham. Our program is implemented as a 12-step, 12-month, Christ-centered program. We exist to provide an affordable living environment for men who have the sincere desire to remain in a supportive recovering community as they practice and develop a sober lifestyle while continuing to grow mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Our Christ-centered program attends Revive Church on Sundays where NBR volunteers extensively, and also takes part in multiple Celebrate Recovery services weekly.
FAMILY RESTORATION
NBR believes that restoration of family relationships are an essential part of recovery. We offer scheduled family visitation for all clients.
SOCIAL WELL-BEING
Daily and weekly house meetings create and promote the ability to communicate, develop meaningful relationships, and maintain and healthy support network.
GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT
We offer employement opportunities (and provide transporation) through relationships with surrounding businesses–regardless of background.
